To place an order at ManePoints, creating an account is not compulsory. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on ‘Add to Cart’  after you have entered the desired number of the desired item.

Step 2: Click on ‘Checkout’ in the Account menu when you have added all the products you want.

Step 3: Check the details of your order and proceed to checkout.

Step 4: Checkout as a guest or register for an account.

Step 5: Enter the billing and shipping information.

Step 6: Choose the shipment method.

Step 7: Choose your method of payment.

Step 8: Review your order

Step 9: Click ‘Place Order’ to complete your order.

Step 10: Complete your payment in the opening screens.

Step 11: You receive the invoice by e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you indicated.

Step 12: You track your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT.  Please allow 1 day handling time after approved payment.  If an order is placed on a holiday observed by the postal service, the package will ship the next business day.

For wigs, processing time varies depending on the product. All ready to wear wigs are available ship immediately. Custom wigs will take at least 10 days to ship

All delivery dates are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

SHIPPING & REFUND

Yes, we ship to most locations worldwide with verified tracking. Please note that we reserve the right to decline shipping service to some countries, we will let you know if your shipping address falls in this category or if we have distributors that can sell to you locally.

All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout point. ManePoints will not be responsible for custom fees/taxes associated with your shipment on delivery

It is our wish at ManePoints that every customer is entirely satisfied with their purchases, we however offer a comprehensive return and refund service if this isn’t the case.

If once you receive your product(s) and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Our only requirement is that the item(s) reach us unused, unopened and in saleable condition.

Please send us an email at makeithappen@manepointshair.com for the return address and let us know what products you will be returning. Please ensure that the products are packaged safely and securely.

ManePoints Hair Company cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the return process. We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post. Once we have received the items, a refund will be actioned within 14 days.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you would like to have another product, you need to place a new order.

ORDER INFORMATION

You have a right to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. If you have completed our checkout process and your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately and refund you the full amount. If we have dispatched your order, you still have the right to cancel.

This must be done in writing to makeithappen@manepointshair.com commencing from when you received your order. Goods must then be returned in an undamaged and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer’s expense. Once we have received the original order items we will then refund you in full within 7 working days.

We will assist our customers to the best of our ability to get your package found. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier and we will assist. It is important you verify all information before placing your order.
